Vote fellas. If we get enough votes for 5 minute quarters, we will show this to EA. Every voice needs to be heard on this.

4 min quarters might be the worst thing that EA has ever added to a game. HORRIBLE. If anything, they should have went to 6, but 5 mins is perfect.

I hear you spider.....according to EA 4 minute quarters speed up the games and make them more fun.....but I'm wondering who did they poll for that info?...obviously not the real madden players who have been playing on the default time of 5 minutes for roughly 13 years......EA, hear the people who have assisted you in becoming a billion dollar corporation.

I didn't have a problem with them at first, but now.....you can really tell the games go too fast. I average about 27 plays a game.....not good.

its almost like the Madden challenge, you could run the off an entire half if you wanted with a ball control drive. if people played like that.
i would also like 5 mins, would be more like real games.

Thats what I thought too when I first seen 4 minutes, the Madden Challenge is 3 so they wanted to get as close to that as possible. If anything we should be allowed to set the minutes to whatever we like, and still have the ability to consider it a ranked game. That would be the best of both worlds, so not to piss off the 4 minute lovers and to please the 5 minute guys. |

EA should have at least given us a choice between 4min & 5 min so as to satisfy everyone.
I for one want my 5 minutes.

I usually feel out the opponent in the 1st half, you can't do that on just one drive ya know. 5 minute quarters, no doubt about it.
